The balm is very temperature sensitive. It will solidify in a cold room or when it comes off a cold delivery truck. This is because Wise Men is unrefined, organic, and basically as minimally processed as possible. If it's solid, in order to apply it, you will need to either melt it a bit first. It will soften if you submerge it in a bowl of hot water or place it by a sunny window or radiator. Or you can shave a bit off the top and then it will immediately melt like butter in your hand. If it's liquefied, in order to apply it, it's best to store it at room temperature . You could refrigerate it for 30 minutes to harden it quickly.
No it is not necessary to refridgerate. The balm is anti-microbrial. Storing it at room temperate is fine.
Apply generously all over your feet. Don't be concerned about our reflexology chart with nerve areas on the feet corresponding to different organs and parts of the body. Simply work all over the bottom of the feet and focus on the points that are tingling or appear sore or tender. It's not necessary to locate any exact point. The body will adjust.
Yes, you can use it on your face, hands, feet and ears without worrying about breakouts. In fact, many people have been able to see some success in treating acne, psoriasis and eczema with Wise Men. This is likely due to its natural antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. When applied to the skin, Wise Men does not leave a thick, greasy or overbearing residue. One of the best things about Wise Men benefits is the fact that it eradicates the need for some of the most toxic, potentially harmful and drying concoctions out there on the market. Look on the back of any one of your lotion or pain relief bottles and you will almost without fail find alcohol of some sort or another as one of the main ingredients. How does adding alcohol to a product that is supposed to moisturize hydrate anything? Another common culprit in most lotion and creams is petroleum- despite being a known carcinogen, it’s in almost everything
We can assure you we have always shipped the exact same recipe and each batch has been consistently made. We have always been very sure of that. It may seem like it has changed because the seasonality of weather temps makes the texture different. This is because Wise Men is unrefined, organic, and basically as minimally processed as possible. We intentionally avoid adding additional ingredients like dispersants and emulsifiers. Other creams will add these to provide a consistent and blended creamy texture. Leaving these out enables us to leave out many unnecessary ingredients and concentrate our formula into just three powerful ingredients. The product did not spoil. All the ingredients are anti-bacterial and the product has an unlimited shelf life. It possible the frankincense and myrrh settled towards the bottom of the jar as it melted in transit. You can let it liquefy in a sunny window, stir well, then reconstitute the oil into a balm by placing it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or more. We are now introducing new gold packaging but we can assure you the recipe is the same.

We recommend applying Wise Men generously in the mornings and evening just before bed. You can apply it again throughout the day just for extra measure. You could never apply too much because the ingredients are natural and non-toxic so if it's working for you then soak in it!
Stan would apply Wise Men several times per day to his reflex points on his hands and feet, the auricular body points. The healing qualities of the oils absorb into the system in twenty minutes or less and go to which ever system or organ that requires them.

You can apply Wise Men Healing Balm directly to the effected achy joints, but getting the balm to penetrate through thick skin can be challenging so we rely on our body's special reflexology points (the bottom of our hands and feet and our ears). Applying Wise Men to the bottom of your feet for neuropathy works well because there are 800 pores per square inch on the foot and the short nerve pathway makes the treatment point quicker to treat. Arthritis is usually located further up the nerve pathway making it less effective. Treating the hands/fingers fingers/toes for arthritis may be the most effective area on the body.
Stan developed his Wise Men Healing Balm as an alternative treatment to the conventional cancer options. It also helped ease the pain of his cancer. He abandoned the chemo and radiation treatments and put all his faith into his Wise Men formulation. It kept him alive and he was able to live a fairly normal life. His body was strong enough to take over. I thought my brother was cured and I wish i could report to you a happy storybook ending but he eventually succumbed to the cancer and died in 2017. There is no doubt that even to his very end the Wise Men was helpful relieving his pain.
There is no expiration. All the ingredients are anti-bacterial and the product has an unlimited shelf life. However if the temperature is allowed to change and it liquefies and solidifies occurs overtime, the frankincense and myrrh may settle towards the bottom of the jar. If that happens you could let it liquefy in a sunny window or soak it in hot water, then stir well. This will reconstitute the oils into a consistent balm when it cools off. To avoid all that make sure you're storing it in a cool room.
